1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office XI, through the General
Appropriations Act of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of, on a per lot basis, being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase
and Delivery of IT Equipment (Laptop) and Office Furnitures and Fixtures for the use
of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program of DSWD Field Office XI with identification
number 25-09-PB010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.
