1. The PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC CENTER (POC), through the HOSPITAL INCOME CY2023 intends to apply the sum of SIXTY-FIVE MILLION PESOS (PHP65,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Medical Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each category shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
