1. The DOH- MIMAROPA Center for Health Development, through the Various Fund Source intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos and Fourteen Centavos (Php 1,398,648.14) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines (Line Items) under identification number RBAC II-2025-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening as follows:
