1. The DOH- MIMAROPA Center for Health Development, through the PMNP SAA 25-06-00000562 and 25-01-00000008 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php 1,447,420.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Training Kits for PMNP (Line Item) under identification number RBAC II-2025-030. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening as follows:
