Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PUBLIC BIDDING FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR LIFESTYLE RELATED DISEASE PROGRAM AND CHOLERA RAPID DIAGNOSTIC TEST KIT (PER LOT BID)
1. The DOH- MIMAROPA Center for Health Development, through the SAA 2025-04-002503 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 1,250,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies for Lifestyle Related Disease Program and Cholera Rapid Diagnostic Test Kit (Per Lot Bid) under identification number RBAC II-2025-022. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening as follows:
