Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PUBLIC BIDDING FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE HAULING AND DELIVERY OF HEALTH COMMODITIES

1. The DOH- MIMAROPA Center for Health Development, through the DPC - Hauling Services intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 4,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Service Provider for the Hauling and Delivery of Health Commodities under identification number RBAC II-2025-016. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH- MIMAROPA Center for Health Development now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Implementation of the contract shall be indicated as per Terms of Reference from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
