1. The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol-CHD), through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred One Pesos and 90/100 (Php 5,742,901.90) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Security Services for DOH Bicol CHD for the period March 1, 2025-December 31, 2025- IB No.25-13 (Rebid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH-Bicol CHD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required on the expected delivery date (s) stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. ...
