  1) The Municipality of Caraga, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only (2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY-BASED ELECTRIFICATION AT BRGY. SAN MIGUEL, CARAGA DAVAO OR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Municipality of Caraga now invites bids for PROVISION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY-BASED ELECTRIFICATION AT BRGY. SAN MIGUEL, CARAGA DAVAO OR. Completion of the Works is required Thirty one (31) Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
