1)The Municipality of Caraga, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Sixty Two Pesos and Ninety Centavos only(499,962.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Portable Metal MRF and Waste Segregation in School Campus. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipality of Caraga now invites bids forProvision of Portable Metal MRF and Waste Segregation in School Campus.[ A brief description of the scope of Works should be provided, including quantities, location of project, and other information necessary to enable potential bidders to decide whether or not to respond to the invitation.] Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Thirteen (113) Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
