1. The Philippine Postal Corporation, Postal Area 7, Davao City, through the Corporate
budget for 2026 intends to apply through Early Procurement Activities (EPA), short
of award, pursuant to GPPB Resolution No. 14-2019 dated 17 July 2019 approving
GPPB Circular 06-2019 of the Guidelines on the Implementation of Early Procurement
Activities the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND
PESOS (Php2,304,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for the provision of petroleum, oil, and lubricants for
January 01 to December 31, 2026 intended for use at Davao based official vehicles (Mail
Distribution Center/Davao City Central Post Office/Logistics Services), Philippine Postal
Corporation, Postal Area 7, Davao City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
