  IB No. 25-28
  
  1. The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol-CHD),
  through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of
  One Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,350,000.00) being
  the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Events Management for
  Various Health Promotion Campaigns under IB No. 25-28. Bids received in excess of
  the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The DOH Bicol-CHD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery
  of the Goods and Services is required on the expected delivery date (s) stated in Section
  VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years
