  1) The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD),
  through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Two Million Sixty
  Two Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php 2,062,800.00) being the Approved
  Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Catering
  Services, Venue and Accommodation for Various Capability Building Activities in the
  Province of Sorsogon for the period June-December 2026 under IB No. 26-43. Bids
  received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
