INVITATION TO BID FOR Provision of Calibration and
Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for
Various Medical Equipment for CY 2026
1. The DOH Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Bataan, through the National
Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred
Thousand Pesos Only (Php 100,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the
contract for Provision of Calibration and Preventive Maintenance and Repair
Services for Various Medical Equipment for CY 2026 with reference number
PB 2025-012 (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH Treatment and Rehabilitation Center Bataan now invites bids for the
above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by January to
December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from
the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
