The Mabalacat City Government, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Annual Budget for 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Two Hundred and Forty Thousand (P18,240,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract treated as one (1) lot. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
