1. The DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM Provincial Office of Sorsogon (DARPO-Sorsogon), through the GAA for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (PhP1,790,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision and Installation of Office Furniture and Equipment of DARPO-Sorsogon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
