1. The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the INCOME FUND - MOOE,
intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED SEVENTEEN AND 21/100 PESOS ONLY (3,595,217.21) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROPOSED PHASE 9 CSR
SECOND FLOOR AND PHASE 9 ER CSR GROUND FLOOR, IB 2025-02-0005. Bids received in
excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar days, 7
days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar
to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents,
particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
