OFFICE OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE

1.The Barangay Government of Caboluan through the Annual budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One hundred fifty thousand pesos (Php 150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the project Purchase Installation of Seven(7) units closed circuit television (CCTV) for Barangay Caboluan, Sta. Maria, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Government of Caboluan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of works is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. (Instructions to Bidders).
