Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROJECT FOR THE CAPABILITY ENHANCEMENT
OF PDEA INTERNAL QUALITY AUDITORS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF

ISO-9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) through the Government
Appropriation Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred
Eight Thousand Pesos (P1,108,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the
contract for the Project for the Capability Enhancement of PDEA Internal Quality
Auditors in the Implementation of ISO-9001:2025 Quality Management System
with Bid Reference No. 2025-21. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) now invites bids for the above
Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days
upon Receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last
three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the
