1. The DepEd - Schools Division Sorsogon Province, through the SUB-ARO NO. RO-5-24-0283 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Seventeen Pesos Only (Php 1,465,617.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF WEIGHING SCALES AND HEIGHT MEASURING TAPE IN SUPPORT TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SBFP, Project No. SDOSOR-G-2025-0011. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
