1. The National Food Authority (NFA) - Caraga Region, through the Corporate Operating Budget for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Five Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Four and 35/100 (9,563,684.35)for lot number 1, andSeven Million, Three Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand, Two Hundred Thirty-Eightand 91/100 (7,347,238.91) for lot number 2,being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
