INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VOLUMETRIC WATER METER ½” DIA. (15MM) FOR NEW SERVICE CONNECTION

1. The Digos Water District, through the Corporate Budget for the year 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for:

Purchase Request No. 2025-01-0004 PARTICULARS AMOUNT OF ABC AMOUNT OF BID DOCS
Volumetric Water Meter, 1/2" dia. (15mm) Php 2,400,000.00 2,500.00
Total Amount of ABC, and Bid Docs Php 2,400,000.00 2,500.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Digos Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 Calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
