  1. The Department of Health-Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH-Bicol CHD),
  through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six
  Million Two Hundred Seven Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-One Pesos and 9/100
  only (Php 6,207,291.09) being the ABC to payments under the contract for
  Procurement of Various Vitamins and Supplements under IB No. 25-34. Bids received
  in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The DOH-Bicol CHD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of
  the Goods is required on the expected delivery date (s)stated in Section VI, Schedule of
  Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of
  submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
