Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF
VARIOUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT III

1) The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the SAA NO. 25-11-00000782(HFEP) and INCOME FUND- C.O./SAA (MEDICAL EQUIPMENT) intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Two Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (Php 40,210,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Medical Equipment III. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for Various Medical Equipment III. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
