Description : 1. The Agricultural Training Institute, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of the following being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening:

2. The Agricultural Training Institute now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
