1.The Mindanao State University-General Santos City (MSU-GSC), through the project Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) MLAFAR intends to apply the sum (as stated below) as the ABC for payment under the contract for each lot/item. Bid receive in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
