INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF TIRES FOR TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT VARIOUS MOTOR VEHICLES, ERV AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT VEHICLES

1) The Local Government Unit of Lingayen, through the General Fund - MOOE FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P697,500.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of tires for transportation equipment various motor vehicles, ERV and Heavy Equipment vehicles. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Local Government Unit of Lingayen now invites bids for Procurement of tires for transportation various motor vehicles, ERV and Heavy Equipment vehicles. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. ...
