  1. The Ministry of Health/IPHO-Maguindanao intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Two Pesos (Php 5,125,832.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Supplies and Medicines for IPHO-Maguindanao. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
  
  2. The IPHO-Maguindanao now invites bids for the procurement of the above-captioned package. Delivery of the Goods is specified on Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders must have completed, within two (2) years:
  a. At least two (2) similar contracts for local contracts and the aggregate contract amounts should be equivalent to at least twenty five (25%) of the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) per lot; and
  b. The largest of these similar contracts must be equivale...
