INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SPORTS SUPPLIES FOR THE ANNUAL PROVINCIAL ATHLETIC MEET

1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (Php 463,720.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Sports Supplies for the Annual Provincial Athletic Meet. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos Only /Goods 2025-25 being the ABC to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
