Description : 1. The Balayan Water District, through the Approved Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 7,550,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Services for the Development of Balayan Water District Cloud Hosted Subscription Based Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and GIS-Based Billing System (ITB No: BWD-BID-2024-002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.

2. The Balayan Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed and 12 months from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) for the GIS-Based Billing System. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
