Description : 1. The Dangerous Drugs Board, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million and Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 3,600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Service for Waterproofing and Repair of Roofing of the Dangerous Drugs Board No. 01-003-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Dangerous Drugs Board now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Bidders must have a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) of similar in nature within the last two (2) years amounting to at least fifty percent 50% of the ABC of the item being bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
