Description : 1) The Department of Labor and Employment - NCR (DOLE-NCR), through the NEP 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Sixty-Two Thousand pesos (₱3,062,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Service for the Outsourcing of Manpower Services (Drivers) for C.Y. 2026 Subject for Early Procurement Activities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Labor and Employment - NCR (DOLE-NCR) now invites bids for Procurement of Service for the Outsourcing of Manpower Services (Drivers) for C.Y. 2026 Subject for Early Procurement Activities using the Early Procurement Activities. Delivery of the Goods is required from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
