Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES
1. The Philippine Postal Corporation, Area VI, Iloilo City, through the Corporate Fund for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Pesos: One Million Eight Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Five Only (Php 1,885,275.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Service/ PHLPOST 6: PIN 2026-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be for the period April 1, 2026- December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
