Description : 1) The Department of Justice (DOJ), as part of its Early Procurement Activities, through the National Expenditure Program for Fiscal Year 2026 (FY 2026), intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Six Million Five Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos and 3/100 only (₱ 26,537,388.03) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DOJ now invites bids for Procurement of Security Services for FY 2026 which will be deployed in the various offices of the DOJ. Delivery of the Service is required for a period of one (1) year commencing from January 01, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years (December 2020 to December 2025) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
