1. The Ministry of Health, (MOH) through the General Appropriation Act of the Bangsamoro (GAAB) intends to apply the sum of Twenty-six million one hundred fouty-seven thousand four hundred eighty-nine pesos and seventy centavos (Php26,147,489.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF), Micronutrient Powder (MNP) for Children Aged 6-23 Months, and Multiple Micronutrient Supplement Capsules for Pregnant and Lactating Women. IB NO. 2025-04-0028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
