(PRE-POSITIONED GOODS) FOR DISASTER RELIEF

1) The Local Government Unit of Lawaan, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office 2025 Fund intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY- SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 997,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF FOOD STOCKS (PRE-POSITIONED GOODS) FOR DISASTER RELIEF.Bid s received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Local Government Unit of Lawaan BAC now invites bids for PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF FOOD STOCKS (PRE-POSITIONED GOODS) FOR DISASTER RELIEF. Delivery of the Goods is commencing 7 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
