INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF PRINTING MATERIALS TO BE USED AT LINGAYEN SCHOOL DISTRICTS I, II AND III UNDERTAKEN THROUGH EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Lingayen, intends to apply the sum of eight hundred three thousand eight hundred fifty five pesos (P803,855.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to pay for the PROCUREMENT OF PRINTING MATERIALS TO BE USED AT LINGAYEN SCHOOL DISTRICTS I, II AND III UNDERTAKEN THROUGH EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY with Purchase Request No. 200-24-12-068, 200-24-12-073, 200-24-12-080 to be charged through the SEF-MOOE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
