1. The Department of Education Schools Division Office of Catbalogan City, through the Sub-Allotment Release Order No. RO-8-24-0285 and 0437 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Twenty-Three Thousand Fifty-Five Pesos Only (P3,023,055.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Pasteurized Milk for School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) - Milk Feeding Component Implementation for S.Y. 2024-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening in accordance with Sec. 31.1 of the Revised IRR of RA 9184.
