Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement For OUTSOURCED Manpower AND PERSONNEL Services CY 2026

1)The Philippine Science High School-Bicol Region Campus in Camarines Sur, through the National Expenditure Program 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos and Sixty-Nine Centavos (Php 4,434,467.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for Outsourcing of Manpower and Personnel Services CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2)The Philippine Science High School-Bicol Region Campus in Camarines Sur now invites bids for Procurement for Manpower Services CY 2026 using the Early procurement activity. Delivery of the Services is required from January to December depending on the positions of manpower and personnel needs. Bidders should have completed, at least within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
