Description : 1) The Court of Appeals, through the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of one million nine hundred eighty-nine thousand five hundred forty-seven and 68/100 Philippine peso (Php 1,989,547.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of One-Year Contract of the Court of Appeals Visayas Station CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Court of Appeals now invites bids for the procurement of contract for seven (7) licensed and qualified security guards, by rotation basis, who shall be deployed at the Court of Appeals, Visayas Station using the Early Procurement Activity. Delivery of the Goods is required January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed at least three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
