1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF NUNUNGAN, through the General Appropriation Act for FY 2018 (RA No. 10964) intends to apply the amount of One Million One Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Three Pesos (Php 1,147,323.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS 009-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
