INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Network Switches for PDIC

1. The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation, through the 2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Php 2,120,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Network Switches for PDIC / Identification No 2024-011. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The PDIC needs to procure Network Switches in order to replace the units which are already defective, and to ensure that there is sufficient inventory of units for future network expansion, as well as spare units in case of the occurrence of the technical problems. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- tdiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) ...
