PROCUREMENT OF MILK FORTIFIED AND BISCUITS

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF NUNUNGAN, through the General Appropriation Act for FY 2018 (RA No. 10964) intends to apply the amount of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Two Pesos and 80/100 (Php 199,972.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS 007-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF NUNUNGAN now invites bids for the purchase of food items for stockpiling.
