PROCUREMENT OF MFBM CATERING REQUIREMENTS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025

MFBM-SBAC-PB NO. 2025-002

1. The Ministry of Finance, and Budget and Management (MFBM), through the General Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of PHP 5,615,540.00 being the ABC for the payments under the contract for the Procurement of MFBM Catering Requirements (Framework Agreement for the Fiscal Year 2025 [MFBM-SBAC-PB NO. 2025-002]) (RE-BID). Bids received in excess of the ABC for the item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Ministry of Finance, and Budget and Management now invites bids in accordance with the provisions of the Revised IRR of RA 9184 on the use of the Approved Guidelines on the use of a Single-Year Framework Agreement (Outright of the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid) under GPPB Resolution No. 27-2019 for the Procurement of MFBM Catering Requirements (Framework Agreement for the Fiscal Year 2025).
