1. The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital, through its General Appropriation Act
(GAA) CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Thousand Four
Hundred Pesos Only (Php2,002,400.00) being the ABC to payments under the
contract for Procurement of Medical Instruments for Laparoscopy. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital, through the General Appropriation Act
(GAA) CY 2024-Capital Outlay (CO) and Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses
(MOOE) intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only
Php1,100,000.00 for Lot Item No. 1: Medical Instrument (Dissecting forceps, Claw
Grasper, Bipolar Grasping forceps) for Laparoscopy; Four Hundred Fifty-One
