Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Medical Equipment for the Hospitals in Province of Aklan

1) The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, through the PCSO 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos [Php 22,300,000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Equipment for the Hospitals in Province of Aklan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office now invites bids for the Procurement of Medical Equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required forty-five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
