1. The Department of National Defense/Armed Forces of the Philippines (DND/AFP), through the AFP Modernization Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Eighty Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP80,500,000.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Equipment AFP Mobile Forward Service Support Capability Project (Lot 2): Sub-Lots 2-4. The procurement is on a per sub-lot basis and shall be evaluated and awarded per sub-lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each sub-lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
