Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement Medals & Diploma Jacket for Recognition and Graduation use at ESSU Main Campus.

1. The EASTERN SAMAR STATE UNIVERSITY, through the FY 2024- Internally Generated Fund- Graduation Fee intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Ph1,450,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medals & Diploma Jacket for Recognition and Graduation use at ESSU Main Campus with Identification Number GOODS-2025-005 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The EASTERN SAMAR STATE UNIVERSITY now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30CD). Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
