INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MEALS TO BE SERVED DURING THE CONDUCT OF DepEd-s SCHOOL SPORTS ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN THROUGH EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY

The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Lingayen, intends to apply the sum of two hundred ninety nine thousand two hundred fifty pesos (P299,250.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to pay for the PROCUREMENT OF MEALS TO BE SERVED DURING THE CONDUCT OF DepEd-s SCHOOL SPORTS ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN THROUGH EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY with Purchase Request No. 200-24-12-069, 200-24-12-074, 200-24-12-081 to be charged through the SEF-MOOE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
