Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Procurement of Manpower Services for DBM ROXI for CY 2026

1) The DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT REGIONAL OFFICE XI (DBM ROXI), through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P2,351,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Manpower Services for DBM ROXI CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. For the purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 12 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, the proposed budget under the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program shall be used as basis. Further, consistent with the requirement in the same Section 12, no award of contract shall be made until the approval and effectivity of the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project.
