Description : 1. The National Archives of the Philippines, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Fifty-One Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos (Php 1,051,485.00) corresponding to the full and aggregate costs of all the items in the Framework Agreement List to be purchased through call-off contracts pursuant to the Guidelines provided in GPPB Resolution No. 27- 2019. The items, maximum quantities and costs are indicated in the Framework Agreement List. Bids must be within the total cost of each of the items as provided in the Framework Agreement List. Any financial bid offer that provides price quotations that exceed the total cost per item shall be automatically disqualified. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
